The programme consists of one to four classes, for two to six persons, every class lasts two hours.

With wonderful recordings and films of   Gigli, Schipa, Modugno, and many other famous Italian singers, you will know more about the Worldwide famos Italian Songs, and you will learn many new Italian sentences.

Traditional practices in the kitchen, the creation of bygone flavours, ancient procedures blended and transformed by modern methods will show you our deep affection for the Earth and its seasons. 

Exciting workshops followed by the lunch, or dinner, you helped to make. Meals prepared from fresh foods in season, perfectly combined with the appropriate wines and a commentary on each of the many dishes brought to the table for you to savour.

La Pavana, la Gagliarda, la Bassa Danza, La Volta, etc., are graceful but easy-to-learn dances, and – to enter into the spirit – you will wear Renaissance style clothes, which the dance teachers themselves have made.
